5. Each participant is allowed to submit a single poster.

1. Business Idea:

Participants will compete individually in this segment. The Business Idea segment aims to foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking among students. Contestants will be required to present an original and practical business idea that addresses a real-world problem or fulfils a unique market need. Each participant will prepare a brief presentation to explain their business concept, its objectives, target audience, and potential impact. The evaluation will consider creativity, feasibility, problem-solving approach, and presentation skills. The presentation can be delivered in both Bengali and English.

Rules: All device are allowed for presentation.

2. Wall Magazine:

Contestants can compete individually or as a team in this segment, A group can have a maximum of 3 members. The Ideal size of of wall paper is 5 feet by 4 feet, but it can be small or larger.

3. Olympiad:

Contestants must participate individually in this segment. In this Olympiad, there will be a total of 30 marks in an exam in Accounting, Finance, and Business Entrepreneurship. The examination paper will be both multiple choice and creative format. The language of the question paper will be Bengali and English.

4. General Knowledge:

Contestants must participate individually in this segment, which carries a total of 30 marks. The questions will cover a variety of topics to test their knowledge and awareness of the world. The exam will include both multiple-choice and creative questions, ensuring a mix of factual knowledge and critical thinking. The question paper will be available in both Bengali and English.

1. ICT Olympiad:

Contestants must participate individually. In this segment, there will be a total of 30 marks exam. The examination paper will be in Multiple choice format. The language of the question paper will be Bengali and English.

2. Power-Point Presentation Contest:

Contestants Must participate individually. 5 minutes will be given for the presentation and the file must contain at least 8 slides and a maximum of 12 slides.

Presentation Topic: Open

Rules:

• Contestants must bring their project via Pen drive.

3. Game Tournament (Subway Surfers):

Contestants must participate individually. The tournament will be within 30 minutes. We will rank each participant by their scores. Highest score will take place in top 3 ranking.

Rules:

• Players cannot use keys or hover board to restart the game.

• Game must be downloaded from Play store or Apple store.

• Android, IOS & Tablets are acceptable.

1. Art & Craft Olympiad:

Contestants must participate individually. In the Olympiad, there will be a total of 50 marks exam. The examination paper will be in Multiple choice format. The language of the question paper will be both Bengali & English.

———-Debate Championship Segments———–

Tagline: Empower Your Voice, Shape the Future

Format: Parliamentary Format.

Team Composition:

Each team contains 3 members per team –

Govt. Team: Prime Minister, Minister & MP

Opposition Team: Leader, Minister & MP

Debate Duration: 3 minutes for each member and additional 3 minutes for counter logic episode for the Prime Minister and Opposition Leader.

Key Features:

1. Debate topics will be disclosed 20–30 minutes prior to the start of each debate.

2. Teams’ positions (Govt. or Opposition) will be determined through a live lottery in the presence of the participants.

3. Speaker’s decision and ruling will be the final decision in the house during the session and in case of rising any controversy among the parties.

4. There will have 3 judges in each debate.

Event Phases

Day 1: The inaugural round

Preliminary Round:

1. Eight teams will compete in four debates.

2. Each debate will feature two teams arguing opposing sides of a single topic.

3. The four winning teams will advance to the Semi-Finals.

Semi-Finals:

1. The four victorious teams will engage in two high-stakes debates.

2. The two winners from this phase will earn their place in the Final Round.

Day 2:

The Grand Finale

1. The final debate will see the two strongest teams from the Semi-Finals face off.

2. After an intense exchange of arguments, the Champion Team will be crowned.

———-Photography Segments—————-

1. Mobile Photography

Theme: Open-Themed.

Requirements:

• All photos must be captured using a mobile device.

• Basic post-processing is allowed (color correction, cropping, etc.).

• No excessive editing or addition of elements is permitted.

2. DSLR Photography

Theme: Open-Themed.

Requirements:

• Photographs must be captured using a DSLR or mirrorless camera.

• RAW format editing is permitted, but excessive manipulation will lead to disqualification.

• Photographs must be in JPEG format.

3. Cinematography

Theme: Open-Themed.

Requirements:

• Participants must create a 1-minute video.

• Videos can be shot using any device (mobile, DSLR, or professional equipment).

• Background music and voiceovers are allowed, but all elements must be original.

• Videos must be submitted in MP4 format with a resolution of at least 720p

• Include a brief description (max 50 words) of the concept.

1) Online Registration Procedure-

First, you have to pay the registration fee to our B-KASH Send money number.

bKash-Fee has to be sent through these mediums. When sending fees, you have to select the Send Money option without selecting the ‘Send Money’ option.

Must give a Reference – HPCMF25

After sending the fee, you need to save the ‘Transaction ID’ (TrxID) of that transaction and the number from which the fee was sent. When submitting your information in the form provided for online registration, you must specify the transaction ID of the registration fee and the number from which the fee was sent in the option mentioned in the form. Then the registration will be completed. Note that if you do not enter the reference code in the ‘Payment’ option while sending the fee or if you type incorrectly, the payment will not be accepted.

Registration will not be accepted if you don’t mention the correct transaction ID and the transaction number in the registration form.

2) Offline Registration-

1) – Registration can be completed by coming directly to our institute and filling out the form and submitting the registration fee.

2) – Registration can be completed by coming directly to any of our Campus Ambassadors.

3) – We will send invitation letters and registration forms to 100+ educational institutions. Registration can be completed by filling up the form given to the authority/responsible teacher/club authority of the respective educational institution by paying the registration fee.

Other Rules

1) On the day of the competition, each student has to come wearing his/her institutional uniform and keep his/her Institute ID card with him/her.

2) Must be present at the venue at least one hour before the start of the event.

3) No registration will be accepted without a registration fee.

4) Calculator can be used.

5) After the end of the registration period, online registration participants will be sent an admit card by email (which is given to our registration form). The admit card has to be printed and brought along on the day of the competition. Offline registered participants will get the admit card after filling out the form & paying the fee.

For all the reasons that the registration will be considered cancelled-

1) If you provide false information about yourself in the online/offline form, the registration will be considered cancelled.

2) Providing fake transaction IDs and fake transaction numbers during online registration, the registration will be considered cancelled.

3) On the day of the event, in case of any misconduct in the examination or any other segment and if any mobile or electric device is used during the examination, registration will be considered as cancelled.

4) If you create any disturbance in the venue on the event, if you carry any kind of firearms, cigarettes or any kind of intoxicants with you, its registration will be considered cancelled.

5) If a student behaves in a disrespectful manner towards a student of his own educational institution or any other educational institution, the registration of that student will be considered cancelled.

6) If a student commits any mental or physical abuse, teasing or sexual harassment against the other student, his/her registration will be considered cancelled.

7) If a student damages any property of the event, his registration will be considered cancelled.

If a student steals/embezzles any assets of the event, his registration will be considered cancelled.

9) Before or after the event or during the event, any student/parent through social media or any other means to make a negative comment /statement about the event, the organizing authority and the venue authority and lie, his registration will be considered cancelled.

If any participant is found guilty of any of the above, he /she will be forced to leave the venue. In this case, the organizing authority and the venue authority will take legal action against the student if necessary.

2) Hamdard Public College reserves the right to make any changes, modifications, additions and decisions regarding the benefit of the carnival and is not liable in any way to any other organization or individual.
